Bob is an Adjunct Advisor with Foxwood Associates. He has over thirty years of progressive financial, administrative and operational experience, including twenty years in the CFO role. Throughout his career, he has had responsibility for a broad array of corporate functions including finance and accounting, human resources, import/export administration, IT, distribution services, risk management, real estate, legal administration and corporate governance. Though enjoying virtually all aspects of business, Bob’s particular strengths lie in strategic and financial planning, M&A activity, capital restructuring and organizational development. He has worked extensively in process manufacturing, paper, construction equipment and retail industries with companies ranging in revenue size from $150.0 million to $1.0 billion. A wide variety of consulting engagements in recent years has included assignments with companies ranging from start-ups to $60.0 million in sales.
Bob believes strongly in clarity of vision and values, alignment around meaningful strategic goals, continuous development of people and organization, a strong team approach and true accountability as a framework for success. Practical elements of this framework are often shared with clients and development initiated even as more tangible objectives are pursued.
Bob holds a BBA degree in Finance and an MBA degree from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater.
