Jeff Welcher is an Adjunct Advisor with Foxwood Associates. Jeff’s career includes over thirty years of senior management and leadership experience in finance and operations for mid-size privately owned companies in the wholesale distribution, construction, manufacturing, and labor service markets.
Jeff has a strong background in all areas of business with particular strengths in strategic planning, business planning, cash flow and profitability, organizational development, leadership development, and change management. He is passionate about leadership and improving performance along with the professional development of personnel.
Jeff is a “roll-up-the-sleeves” advisor who communicates well with any level of an organization and can facilitate buy-in to get the alignment necessary to build value and drive profitability.
Jeff holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration from Michigan Technological University, is a graduate of the Associated General Contractor’s Advanced Management Program and is a certified trainer for The Leadership Challenge Workshop.
