Paul Chamberlain is a retired career officer of the U.S. Army. His twenty-one years of military service includes experience as a first line supervisor, mid level manager, commander, and director. His leadership background extends from direct (tactical) leadership through the operational level to the strategic level. Among the highlights of his career are five years in the Army’s Special Operations Command, including service with the 75th Ranger Regiment and the elite Delta Force.
Paul’s leadership education is exceptional and extensive. He is a Distinguished Military Graduate of the Saint Norbert College ROTC program. His professional military education includes the Combined Arms and Services Staff School and the Command and General Staff College. His official record reflects that he is a graduate of the Army’s most challenging and demanding schools including: Airborne, Ranger, Air Assault, Pathfinder, and Jumpmaster. He is also a graduate of the Army’s highly selective Advanced Land Navigation Course.
Paul is an award winning educator who spent ten years as a leadership instructor at the college level. Additionally, since his retirement from the military in 2006 Paul has held a senior leadership position in the private sector. He is passionate about leadership and has the ability to present leadership from his unique, hands-on perspective in a concise and logical manner.
Paul holds a B.A. in Communications and a M.S. in Education from St. Norbert College.
