Paul Chamberlain is a retired career officer of the U.S. Army. His leadership background extends from the tactical to strategic level including service with the 75th Ranger Regiment and the elite Delta Force.
Paul holds a B.A. in Communications and a M.S. in Education from St. Norbert College. He is a Distinguished Military Graduate of the Saint Norbert College ROTC program. His military education includes the Combined Arms and Services Staff School and the Command and General Staff College. He is a graduate of the Army’s most challenging and demanding schools including Airborne, Ranger, Air Assault, Pathfinder, Jumpmaster and the highly selective Advanced Land Navigation Course.
Paul is an award-winning educator who spent ten years as a leadership instructor at the college level. Since 2006 Paul has served as a Manager, General Manager, and most recently as a Regional Director for U.S. Senator Ron Johnson from 2017 -2023. Paul joined the Senate Staff to assist in taking the Joseph Project statewide. As a result, he has worked with non-profits since 2017.
Since leaving full-time government service in early July 2023, Paul has reengaged with the work of consulting and executive coaching.
